The conference registration fee includes:

• Attendance to sessions of ICISIL 2021

• The full Conference Kit

• Coffee breaks (2 coffee breaks / day)

• Lunches (1 lunch / day)

 

Authors are eligible for reduced conference fees provided the registration is completed by the dates given below. The conference fees are as given:

The Conference fee must be paid by February 25, 2021.

Please specify: the name of the institution or person paying the amount, full address, tax code, bank account, name of the author for whom the fee is paid.

To qualify for a student registration fee, a valid ID (a student card or an official letter) must be scanned and sent to the conference organizers after the registration.

All author registrations must be completed and paid before February 1, 2021 to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and programme.

 

Terms and Conditions

​

Please note that it is the responsibility of all participants to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for whatever reason.

Registered participants who fail to collect their proceedings during the conference will only be sent the digital proceedings by email.

 

Payment

​

You must request a proforma invoice first by sending an email to icisil2020@gmail.com. We will then send you a proforma invoice with our bank details. Please note that a bank transfer must be made in full without any deductions for bank charges (neither domestic nor foreign charges). Upon receipt of your transfer, we will send you a full invoice as confirmation of your registration. We cannot issue full invoices before payment. Please note that bank transfers often take a very long time. If you choose to pay a particular fee level that is time-restricted your bank transfer must reach our accounts before this date. Should it reach our accounts after this date, we will request that you pay the difference.

All amounts are in Euro. We also accept payments in RON (Romanian Leu) for Romanian authors.

 

Cancellation policy

 

After February 1, 2021, no refunds will be given.
